Belt Infrared Drying Conveyor – PR BDH 02
The Belt Infrared Drying Conveyor is a specialized drying system designed for drying edge inks, paints, and coatings applied to leather belts, straps, and similar leather goods. Utilizing energy-efficient medium-wave infrared heating technology, the machine provides uniform and controlled drying, ensuring high-quality finishing results while improving production efficiency.
The machine features a 100 mm wide Teflon conveyor belt that transports products through the drying zone. An advanced forced-air circulation system with closed-loop airflow enhances heat distribution and drying consistency across the entire product surface. The infrared heater is controlled through a percentage-based digital PID temperature controller, allowing precise adjustment of drying conditions according to material and coating requirements. Combined with a variable frequency drive (VFD) conveyor speed control, the PR BDH 02 offers exceptional process flexibility for modern leather goods manufacturing operations.
